Exchange and Returns Policy
Please read our Exchange and Returns Policy before purchasing from us.
Exchanges:
Please fill out the Exchange Form that you will receive with your purchase. If for some reason you haven't received this then please fill out our online Exchange form.
Please send your item back to us using courier or track and trace (so that we both know that we have received the parcel) The product must be clean, tags attached and in perfect condition for us to be able to resell it. Once we have received the product we will invoice you for the exchange handling fee of $7.90.
We are happy to exchange goods for the same value or more if you find that the item you have purchased does not meet your requirements. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Goods must be returned in its original condition (not worn or used or tags removed) and proof of purchase must be provided.
If you wish to exchange an item of footwear/clothing for a different size or colour we require the following:
1. Exchange form filled in.
2. The item must not be damaged or worn, in its original condition and packaging with labels attached.
3. Once Sheepskin Warehouse receives the original product and confirms its condition we will send the replacement item.
4. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with this exchange.
Refunds
We will happily accept refunds if the product is returned back to us within 14days of delivery.
Returns
Our exchange and returns policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your parcel. After this period, refunds or exchanges are not available. However, for gifts given on occasions like Christmas, Mother's Day, or Father's Day, exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of the occasion, rather than from the date of purchase. Within this time, the item must not be damaged or worn, in its original condition and packaging with labels attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, cosmetics cannot be returned.
Shipping
Please fill out the Exchange Form that you will receive with your purchase. If for some reason you haven't received this then please fill out our Exchange and Returns form which can be found at the bottom of this page. Include your Name and Invoice number and what you would like to exchange to (Slipper style and Size) An automatic response email will confirm that we have received your email. If there is a question we will reply to you. If there is not then please send your item back to us using courier or track and trace (so that we both know that we have received the parcel) The product must be clean, tags attached and in perfect condition for us to be able to resell it. Once we have received the product we will invoice you for the exchange handling fee of $7.90.
To return your product, you need to send your product via track and trace (so we both know we have received it) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. We will cover the cost of sending your exchange parcel once you have paid the exchange handling fee of $7.90. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel an order providing it has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If it is possible to cancel your order we will refund the order amount to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. The process time can take between 2-3 business days.
