We will send you two emails once your order has been received. The first email will provide your order confirmation and the second will be your trackable courier number. If you haven't received these emails then please check your spam folder. Please note that parcels only get sent on Tues, Wed and Thursdays, so your tracking information may not show until one of these days when the Courier has picked up and scanned your parcel.
We dispatch all orders on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only. Delivery for the courier estimated as follows: North Island 1-2 working days. South Island 2-3 working days. Rural delivery 5 working days. Please make allowances for public holidays, Christmas etc. Please note that while we use only reputable delivery companies we do not accept liability for delayed delivery by a third party.
We are happy to exchange an item for the same value or more, but you will be responsible for all the related shipping costs. The items must be in their original condition. We are not obliged to give refunds unless an item is damaged or faulty. Please refer to our Refunds and Exchange policy for more details.
We charge a Flat Rate of: $7.90
We will happily ship Internationally. Please follow the instructions here: At checkout please add your address and contact details in the 'billing section' Use the 'Pick up' option and pay for your order. We will contact you with the cost of freight (Estimate: $35.00NZD for small parcels for Australia and approximately $55.00NZD plus for the rest of the world) If you are happy to go ahead with the freight cost then we will invoice you for the amount owed. Please note that we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels once the parcel leaves with our Courier. If your item is a tracked parcel you will receive an email with the tracking information. With Covid-19 delays we cannot give exact times of arrival.
As long as we have not dispatched your order from our warehouse you may cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as you can and if it is possible we will refund the order amount directly to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.
