Elastic band to hold the cover in place.

Tourer: Fits all standard bike seats. Will not fit extra wide cruiser seats or exercycle seats.

Cruiser: Fits Cruiser bike sears - and may fit some exercycles seats. Measurements are: Length: 29cm, Width: 29cm (widest part)

Colour: Grey (some may be dark grey or a browny grey, it depends on the batch we receive)
